2. All the
information must be accompanied by a letter of presentation, in which
all the information and documents enclosed are described (see format
of letter of request)
3.When completing
the information please consider the following points:
When presenting
the form make sure that all the information is complete. Files
with partial data will not be received.
The photocopies
of legal documents must be legalized by a certified lawyer
(certificates, identification cards, etc)
Attached
documentation must be included in numbered annexes indicating in the
form its respective number.
Include in
point O the characteristics and the signature of the professional in
Natural Science: biologist, agronomist, etc.
4. If the owner
of the property is an Anonymous Society or Association it is essential
to present:
a.
Constituent Deed of the Society properly registered.
b.
Notarial Certificate that accredits the legal representative.
c.
Photocopy of identity card of the legal representative.

PHOTOCOPIES MUST BE LEGALIZED
5.On point B
(information of the registry of the area to be conserved), it is
necessary to enclose in the annexes the certification of the General
Registry of the Property.
6. The climate
data (point G), physical data (point H) and habitat data (point H)
which are general descriptions and does not require deep biological

7.Annexes: You
must indicate the existence of annexes, presented at the end of the
file. They must be properly numbered in the form as well as in the
annex.
